September 2025 Fall Update
Dear Followers,
What a busy summer! I don’t know about you but we had a beautiful summer hosting visitors from across Canada and a special guest from the U.S.A. And now the cooler weather has blown in—time to reflect, to ponder.
What am I thinking about these days? Despite the onslaught of welcome guests, I managed to complete an intense third writing project. My new book, Left Canada is a painful and personal examination of the current state of Canada’s politics and the emotional effects on Jewish Canadians …like me. I have avoided politics like the plague on this blog. But I want you dear readers to know what I have been cramming in to this whirlwind summer. Left Canada, approximately 83,000 words, is narrative non-fiction focused on Canada’s current political landscape interwoven with memoir of painful personal experiences. The reader is drawn into a story of betrayal, set against the background of Canada’s current political stance. As this well-researched book reveals, present government policies could eventually be the downfall of Canadian society. What subject could be more important to explore?
Dear Readers: does this narrative interest you? I would love to hear from you as I seek publication!
